Training Opportunities
CTPH supports innovative training, career, and professional development programs for learners, faculty, and staff at consortia member institutions. Our programs focus on improving capacity for conducting rigorous, efficient, and informative clinical and translational research and clinical translational science.
Learning Opportunities

The baseline cGCP coursework is provided by the CITI program, available to both University of Houston and Baylor College of Medicine. Additional cGCP courses are forthcoming.
Mentoring Workshops
Gain access to mentoring workshops from the University of Houston and Baylor College of Medicine based on curriculum resources from NIH-funded Culturally Aware Mentoring program and the National Research Mentoring Network.
Innovation and Entrepreneurship
Work with external innovators, mentors and entrepreneurs through University of Houston’s I-Corps program. I-Corps is a National Science Foundation (NSF) funded initiative designed to promote innovation and entrepreneurship among students and faculty while helping to build a robust innovation ecosystem that works collaboratively with external innovators, mentors, and entrepreneurs.
